The demand on women today to balance work, relationships, and family is enormous. While supporting each individual woman’s personal values and goals, I keep in mind how the systems we live in impact our well-being and sense of self. Some common issues I support women with include those related to sexual health, fertility and loss, family planning, menopause, and body image/self-esteem issues.

The quality of our connections to others has a direct impact on our wellbeing. Whether it be with friends, family, or romantic partners, I help people identify unhealthy relationship patterns, learn to set appropriate boundaries, and effectively communicate their needs with loved ones.
I provide support for relationship issues to both individuals and couples with special attention to attachment styles, trauma histories, and family transitions.

I support patients through all stages of grief, including those who are anticipating the loss of a loved one and thereafter. I also support people through more ambiguous losses—loss of a role or identity, loss of an imagined future or family, relationship loss/break-ups, etc.

Anxiety and stress are unavoidable in life, but too much of either can become debilitating. I work with people with generalized anxiety, which can often show up like perfectionism in high-achieving people. I also support people experiencing health anxiety and stressful life transitions.

From college to career, single to family planning, or career-focused to retirement, sometimes transitioning from one stage of life to the next requires a little extra support.

I work with adults of all backgrounds, life stages, and cancer diagnoses. I provide support directly to people with cancer (regardless of diagnosis or stage), to people who have had cancer and are in survivorship, to primary caregivers/partners, and to children/family members of individuals experiencing cancer.
