Integrative Somatic Psychotherapy for Mind, Body, and Spirit
“Smile, breathe, and go slowly”
—Thich Nhat Hanh
The best therapy is collaborative, creative, and supports all parts of you.
My practice incorporates both traditional talk therapy with somatic practices because one without the other is often not enough. While exploring stories and thought patterns is useful, working solely in the “cognitive” space often doesn’t support real transformation. Instead, work that incorporates your body and spirit allows us to not only explore and uncover unhelpful beliefs, but also strengthens your mind-body connection, and empowers you to live a life aligned with your purpose.
True, integrative healing invites all parts of you to be seen, including the “shadow”—the parts of us shaped by shame, anger, or self-doubt.
Rather than “fixing” what feels broken, our work creates space for wholeness. As you begin to embrace and integrate all aspects of yourself, the hope is that you find greater clarity, freedom, and connection with yourself and those around you. When we feel at home in ourselves, we move through the world with more joy, creativity, and love—impacting our lives and communities in meaningful ways.
